The POLYETHYLENTERPHTALATE FILM (PETF).

      Its production is similar with that one of planeoriented polyprophylene. They can be called "the

Kings of all films": they possess an excellent resistance to external influence, high firmness, stable sizes, hardness, chemical stability, excellent transparency and appearance. PETF films don't require a crowned processing. They are  the most thin films. The thickness is 23-53 mkm. The lacks are the same as for PP films: a low flexibility in comparison with PE-PVH films, they wear out more the cutting stamps. The main lack of PETF-film

is a high cost. They are 3-4 times expensivier than PE  and PP films. The beginning static electricity can influence the quality of printing and the speed of labeling.

     PET-E film is made of polyethylenterphtalate by method of melting extrusion on the surface of shaft with the following orientation, thermofixation and cooling of linen. The film is put out in the rolls by thickness from 12 up to 250 mkm and width from 6 to1500 mm. Beside a chemical stability it posseses the raised mechanical properties, dielectric index in a wide range of temperatures, high heat-resistance. It is used for insulating of wires and cables, brading of electromachines and apparatus, for insulation in electroengines of wide internal capacities, for wares of radiotechnical usage, in printing and publishing and furniture industry.

     The temperature range of expluatation is from-65 to +155Oc. It is made in a form of linen rolled on  a cardboard-paper, metal or plastic core with internal Diameter 76+-1 mm and (152+_3) mm. It can be cut into desirable rolls to order of buyers and can be delivered as rolls with external Diameter up to 600 mm.
